Welcome to Love's Light Crafted Candles!
Love's Light Crafted Candles is a Houston-based micro-business founded and operated by me, Stephanie Boston. What began as a creative hobby during a career break has grown into a business rooted in faith, purpose, and a passion for creating beautiful, clean-burning candles.
After stepping away from my 10+ year career as an accountant in 2022, I discovered candle making while watching YouTube tutorials. What started as a peaceful and enjoyable craft—making decorative and dessert-inspired candles with leftover wax—quickly became something I truly loved. With the encouragement of my family and friends, I began creating my own candles and exploring the art and science behind them.
As I researched candle making, I learned how fragrance can influence mood and well-being, as well as the importance of using cleaner, safer ingredients. That knowledge inspired my commitment to carefully selecting high-quality ingredients and fragrances that offer aromatherapy benefits, while still including a few fun seasonal scents throughout the year.
My faith is the foundation of everything I do. As a Christian, I believe God has called me to share His love and His Word. That's why every Love's Light Crafted Candle includes a short Bible scripture on the back of the label. My prayer is that each candle not only fills your space with warmth and fragrance but also offers encouragement, hope, and perhaps inspires you to grow closer to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
